Anybody who is about to place a property on the market is highly advised to have an inspection carried out. This will allow you the opportunity to correct any areas that will hinder the sale of the property and on top of this you will be able to provide the report to the purchaser to assist with the sale.

Along side this we also inspect homes that you currently own that you are curious if there are any defects creeping up on you in the near future. We all pay to have our cars serviced, why not our homes!!
